TOM SCHULMAN Director
Tom Schulman won an Academy Award for his screenplay Dead Poets Society, starring Robin Williams, and the film was nominated for Best Picture and Best Director (Peter Weir). His feature directorial debut was the dark comedy 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag, starring Joe Pesci as a gangster attempting to transport a bag of severed heads across the United States.
Schulman also wrote or co-wrote Honey, I Shrunk the Kids, Second Sight, What About Bob?, Welcome to Mooseport, Holy Man, which stars Eddie Murphy, and the Sean Connery drama Medicine Man. He was an executive producer on Indecent Proposal and Me, Myself & Irene.
He co-wrote and co-produced the HBO pilot The Anatomy of Hope with Rafael Yglesias and J.J. Abrams, and recently collaborated with Callie Khouri, Trae Crowder, and T Bone Burnett on the writing of One Lane Road.
Tom served on the board of directors and then as vice president of the Writers Guild of America, West. Tom was the president of the Writers Guild Foundation and serves on its board. He serves on the advisory board of the Science and Entertainment Exchange. Double Down South is Tom’s second feature film as director.

He has worked on Broadway portraying Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire and in the lead role of Macbeth performed at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. He is best known for his role as Alexander “Tig” Trager in the FX series Sons of Anarchy and as Declan Gardiner in the Citytv series Bad Blood, as well as his recurring roles in Prison Break, Cold Case, CSI and CSI: Miami. He has also had film roles in The Last Boy Scout (1991), Waterworld (1995), Bad Boys (1995), King of Sorrow (2006), Goon (2011).

Lili Simmons is a series regular on POWER BOOK IV: FORCE, which set a premiere ratings record for Starz when it debuted February 6th, 2022 – link to The Hollywood Reporter article here. Simmons was the lead guest star in a season long arc opposite Liev Schreiber on Showtime’s RAY DONOVAN playing movie star ‘Natalie James’ who hires Donovan for protection. She is known for her work on Cinemax’s drama BANSHEE, starring as ‘Rebecca Bowman,’ an Amish girl disowned by her parents for her promiscuous ways who later takes up a life of crime under her uncle’s tutelage. Simmons remains a fan favorite for her fearless performance. Additionally, she was featured in recurring roles on both TRUE DETECTIVE and WESTWORLD, which she recently reprised her character, and will be seen on the upcoming season, airing in 2022. On the film side, Simmons starred opposite Kurt Russell and Patrick Wilson in BONE TOMAHAWK and made her feature debut in Matthew Lillard’s FAT KID RULES THE WORLD.

Igby Rigney is about to be seen starring in Mike Flanagan’s highly anticipated Netflix horror series “The Midnight Club.” Based on the works of Christopher Pike, “The Midnight Club” is Flanagan’s first YA series for the streamer and centers on a group of young patients in a hospice who come together and tell sinister stories. A Flanagan series regular, Rigney recently appeared in “Midnight Mass,” also on Netflix. Rigney began acting as a teenager in small theaters throughout New York City. He graduated high school and college early in order to focus on acting and writing music, at which point he attending multiple acting programs in New York, including The Neighborhood Playhouse. Soon after, he kicked off his film and television career with roles in “The Fast and the Furious: F9” and “Blue Bloods.” Born and raised in upstate New York, Rigney currently resides in Los Angeles. He has the world’s cutest and most spoiled Shiba, Lexi, who eats at the dinning room table.

He recently wrapped production on Double Down South, as well as Rodrigo Garcia’s feature Raymond and Ray for Apple TV+ opposite Ethan Hawke and Ewan McGregor. He can soon be seen in Chris Landon’s Netflix feature We Have A Ghost opposite Anthony Mackie. He is known for Scott Cooper’s Out of the Furnace with Christian Bale and Casey Affleck as well as Crazy Heart starring Jeff Bridges and Robert Duvall. Other film credits include Vince Gilligan’s El Camino, Ed Harris’ directing efforts Appaloosa and Pollack, Oliver Stone’s Nixon; and Casey Affleck’s Light of My Life. Other credits include: Senior Love Triangle, Die Hard 2, Raising Cain, The Postman, Hearts in Atlantis, High Crimes, The Amateurs, North Country, The Hills Have Eyes, The Killer Inside Me and many others.

Justin is best known for his series regular role of ‘Jabari Reynolds’ on the Power spinoff POWER BOOK II: GHOST, and he is also often recognized for his recurring role as ‘Omari’ on the Fox series STAR. Justin’s other work includes guest appearances on SEARCH PARTY, BLUE BLOODS and Netflix’s SEVEN SECONDS. He recently starred in Will A. Parker’s film FORTY WINKS, alongside Susan Sarandon & John Turturro. Born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and raised in Carmel, Indiana, Justin is of African-American and Panamanian descent. Jeff Trachta first earned international fame starring as “Thorne Forrester” for eight years on the hit CBS series The Bold & the Beautiful. He made his Broadway debut starring as “Danny Zuko” in Tommy Tune’s revival of Grease at the Eugene O’Neill Theater.
During his time on the soap, Trachta was able to showcase his talents as a singer, which led to an exciting international recording career. Trachta’s debut album Bold and Beautiful Duets, with his TV wife Bobbie Eakes, soared to the top of the European charts within one month of its release. Duets was the first of three albums, all of which have achieved triple platinum sales worldwide. Trachta has performed sold-out concerts throughout Europe.
Trachta’s other television and film roles include “Hunter Belden” on Loving, “Boyce McDonald” on One Life To Live, both on ABC. The first project of 2022 is “Southern Gothic” a film written and directed by Academy Award winner Tom Schulman (Dead Poets Society) His second feature was “The Stenographer”, starring Emile Hirsch. With a slate of 7 projects from 4 features, 2 doc series and a TV Pilot, nothing seems to be slowing down anytime soon. Setting up a mini-studio out of Atlanta with original content has always been the dream, that dream has now become a reality.
Seth has studied with the best, from World Renown acting teacher and Author Eric Morris to Milton Katselas Successor Jocelyn Jones. He has also Studied with Character Actor David Proval and top Casting Director Risa Bramon Garcia. Also Stephanie Feury, daughter of Legendary Acting Teachers Peggy Feury and William Trayler.
His Television Credits include Doom Patrol, American Soul, a recurring role on CSI and co-starring on Nip/Tuck. Seth does Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet at Casa di Giulietta every summer in Verona, Italy. He recently won Best Actor the California Women’s Film Festival for his starring role as Dragon in the film “Free Dead or Alive” and he was also nominated as Best Actor for “The Martyr” at the Method Film Festival that focuses only on acting, The Martyr went on to win the CINE Award of Excellence that year. He only spoke Hebrew and Arabic in the film. He also played a Mexican Federale on AFI’s top film shot on 35mm called “Lucha” all in Spanish, leaving audiences at festivals completely silent for the heavy content and realism of the missing Women of Juarez. Seth was born in Orange County, California. He excelled at soccer, he went onto College on full scholarships, first to San Francisco State University and then San Diego State University. After his sophomore year he left college to play Professional soccer for Pumas UNAM in Mexico City. One of Seth’s passions is traveling and meeting new people, he has traveled to 37 countries and counting. He is fluent in 4 languages, his native tongue English but also Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. He has been a Vegan for 20 years which leads him to donate part of his earnings to Charities like Hope For Paws and the ASPCA. He also donates to Harvest Home in Venice Beach, a place for single mothers who have nowhere to go, Seth Believes that a strong foundation to a child’s development is a strong bond with their mothers, teaching children Kindness and Compassion, Harvest Homes provides shelter and food to mothers that have nowhere else to go. He has also volunteered for P.A.L. (Police Athletic League) in Hollywood, CA helping youth at risk.
